ANYHOW website and customer account terms

About this website
ANYHOW operates shopanyhow.com. You can use this website to learn about the brand, contact us and access a customer account. Our first collection is in development. Product availability and launch dates are not guaranteed.
Customer accounts
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Provide accurate information and use only an email address or Google account that you are authorized to use. Keep access to your email and Google account secure. Contact support@shopanyhow.com if you believe someone has accessed your ANYHOW account without permission.
Signing in with Google is optional. Shopify provides the customer account service, and Google provides authentication if you choose Google sign-in. Their applicable terms also govern your use of their services. Creating an ANYHOW account does not require a purchase or create a paid subscription.
Privacy and email preferences
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared. You can read it using the Privacy Policy link on our website and sign-in page. Signing in does not itself subscribe you to marketing emails; any marketing choice is presented separately. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, access another person's account without permission, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service. Contact support@shopanyhow.com if you believe a restriction was made in error.
Website content and availability
The ANYHOW name, artwork and original website content belong to ANYHOW or their respective rights holders. You may browse and share links to this website. Reusing protected content requires permission unless the law allows it.
We may update the website or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and contact
Material changes to these terms will be posted with an updated effective date and communicated when required. Changes do not apply retroactively to resolve an existing dispute.
